Dr. Mike Hopkins
The owner, Dr. Mike Hopkins offers some 30 years experience in the arena of elder care services.

Dr. Hopkins has worked in the long-term-care industry serving as staff trainer, and consultant in property development, finance, service development, property management and expert witness in litigation. He is a nationally certified geriatric care manager and licensed assisted living administrator.
Staff Responsibilities
The staff at Ridgeview are friendly, attentive and responsive to all residents. They are certified and highly trained in their respective jobs.
-Our certified nurse aides and personal care aides provide assistance with all residents' activities for their daily living (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, mobility); medication management; health mmaintenance and monitoring.
-Our activities aides are responsible for promoting and providing a variety of daily activities. The activities support their physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being.
- Our dietary staff are responsibile for cooking and serving daily well-balanced meals and nutritional snacks.
- Our housekeepers are responsible for insuring the cleanliness of each resident apartment and the entire facility.
