I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to you for your interest in Ridgeview Residential and Assisted Care Center.
As you browse through this material, I trust you will come to regard Ridgeview Residential and Assisted Care Center as much more than bricks and mortar. It has been my goal, in a career of over twenty years, to maintain living environments that promote the most positive features of senior life.
Ridgeview Residential and Assisted Care Center has been designed to ensure comfor, security and care for you to enjoy life to its fullest, with a thoughtful array of services implemented with you in mind. We have listened to our residents over the years, and we have incorporated this knowledge into this residential and assisted care facility.
Our monthly rate includes three meals a day, nutritional snacks, utilities (except telephone/cable), weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry (personal/linen), medication management, daily living skill assistance, and maintenance. What is the cost? A private apartment is $1,750; double occupancy is $1,375. Ridgeview is Arkansas Medicaid and U.S. Veterans Administration certified respite & adult day care certified.
I have found that service to the elderly is a calling, not just an occupation. Ours is an enterprise built upon caring, love and a sense of family. We truly value the trust placed in us by our residents and their families.
Our mission is to provide our residents with a perfect blend of comfort, security and care in a lifestyle that encompasses all aspects of wellness: spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and social. It is our pleasure to provide the residents of Ridgeview many convenient services and offering them a lifestyle parallel to none.
Please keep in mind that Ridgeview is a rental assisted care residence that requires no up-front fees.
